- No. Ad hoc is genuinely ad hoc. Some clients use us once a year, some move to a retainer once they see how often it comes up.
- Can you handle the hearing itself?
- Yes. We chair disciplinary and grievance hearings on site across Norfolk, or support your manager through running it.
