What is pay-as-you-go HR support?: It is help with an agreed issue or piece of work without choosing an ongoing monthly HR package. Tell us what has happened and what you need; we discuss the scope and cost before beginning.
Can you help with sickness absence or a grievance?: Yes. We can help employers review the situation, understand the relevant documents and plan the next steps. Tell us about any existing meetings or deadlines when you first contact us.
Do we need a retainer to ask for help?: No. Ad hoc support is available for one-off needs. If questions recur and you want continuing advice, we can also explain the retained packages so you can compare the options.
